LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR YOUR LIBRARY, SCHOOL OR COMMUNITY GROUP?  Showcase ‘08 is an annual central Texas library event, open for the first time to organizations just like yours.  We showcase the best, affordable area talent – from literary speakers to animal experts to magicians to storytellers to musicians.  Enjoy a day of 15-minute, on stage performances plus an exhibit area of statewide talent. This is a free event.  Box lunch and refreshments are $10, prepaid.

COME TO SHOWCASE ’08!  To make the most of your day, bring your calendar to book a performer on-site.  Invite your funding agency - Friends of the Library, PTA, Chamber of Commerce - so they can get a taste of great program possibilities.  Performances:  9 - noon & 1:30 - 3:30; Exhibits and box lunch: noon - 1:30.  Performer schedule updates and map to the Patterson Center will be available at www.CTLS.net.
