Library Card Day at Harker Heights

Lisa at Harker Heights let us know about the great library program that they are doing with Barnes and Noble. They are celebrating National Library Card Sign-up Month with a Library Card Day!  What a wonderful idea and a smart partnership. Here’s their invite to the community:

You are invited to Harker Heights Barnes and Noble Library Card Day on Saturday, September 18 from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Friends of the Harker Heights Public Library will be given a small portion of the sales of books during that time to individuals who mention their support of the library! If you are planning to buy books from Barnes and Noble, then do it on Saturday! The Library will also set up a booth and sign individuals up for library cards right on the spot!
